- Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, Communication, or related field
- 2+ years of experience working for a BPO as an agent
- 2+ years of experience in training content development for in-person training and eLearning
- Experience with visual design in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint and other software used fordeveloping engaging training experiences
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the ability to upload, track, and report on learning programs.
- Familiarity with multimedia production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
