- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD).
- Design and build customized reports, dashboards, and views within ServiceNow.
- Apply code-level changes using JavaScript and leverage the NOW platform for low-code/no-code development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain platform stability and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 5 years of development experience in ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD.
- Proficient in JavaScript and familiar with ServiceNow’s NOW platform (low-code/no-code).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and flexible with shifting schedules.
