Job Objective We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and implement solutions that meet business needs. The role includes developing new features, supporting day-to-day operations, resolving incidents, and enhancing ServiceNow platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities ServiceNow Development & Configuration Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for new features or system changes. Analyze current system capabilities to identify improvements and address gaps. Configure and update workflows, forms, and modules in ServiceNow to meet operational needs. Conduct thorough testing to ensure quality and performance. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth deployment of enhancements. ServiceNow Support & Maintenance Investigate and resolve reported issues, ensuring long-term, sustainable solutions. Manage and fulfill user requests in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs). Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability. Collaboration & Process Improvement Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to address process inefficiencies. Partner with end-users to troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements. Stay updated on ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Certifications such as ITIL v3, ServiceNow System Administrator, or ServiceNow Developer are an advantage. Experience Minimum of 7 years in software development (Web, Mobile, or Desktop). At least 4 years in ServiceNow solution design and implementation. Strong background in maintaining and supporting applications including Incident, Request, Escalation, and Troubleshooting. Proficiency in Business Rules, Access Controls, Script Includes, UI Actions/Scripts/Policies, Client Scripts, GlideRecord, and Workflows. Experience integrating with APIs, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML. Strong skills in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and XML. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and IT service management. Knowledge of LDAP and MS Active Directory. Previous leadership or technical mentorship experience is a plus. Technical Skills Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and best practices. Ability to deliver end-to-end implementations, from requirements gathering to user training. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills. Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Quality-focused with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A proactive, self-motivated team player. Work Conditions Schedule: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Manila time. Follows US holiday schedule.
