Required Qualifications:

College graduate, preferably in Nursing
Certified coder; if not, must have an active PHRN license
5+ years of experience as an Operations Manager
Experience handling a medical coding team is preferred. If not, must have BPO supervisory experience in a healthcare account
Willing to work onsite in Cebu or Davao
