Description:This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Manager at Snapscale Corporation. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing data and trends, and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of team leading experience in BPO is required
  • Analytical Skills and Operations & Accounts Management experience
  • Excellent Communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Handling healthcare accounts is a PLUS!
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
