This includes the analysis and translation of medical and clinical diagnoses, procedures, injuries, or illnesses into designated numerical codes. *Employees in jobs labeled with ‘SCA’ must support a government Service Contract Act (SCA) agreement. Impact of work is most often at the local level.Primary Responsibilities:

Manages and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of Nursing or a medical-allied course
Active PHRN or other medical-allied license
5+ years of managerial experience
Must have a score of at least ME4 on the scorecard
Willing to work onsite in Cebu or Davao

Preferred Qualification:

Certified medical coder
