We are looking for an SEO / Performance Specialist who combines strong hands-on execution with deep analytical thinking to drive consistent performance improvements across campaigns.This role is responsible for both day-to-day SEO implementation and identifying, analysing, and improving campaign performance, working closely with performance marketing team to achieve measurable growth in rankings, traffic, and conversions.You are expected to not only execute, but also continuously optimise and elevate campaign performance. * Conduct in-depth keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities

Execute high-impact SEO tasks including on-page optimisation, content structuring, internal linking, and technical improvements
Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions
Analyse data to diagnose performance issues, identify root causes, and recommend actionable solutions
Support and guide performance marketers with SEO direction, insights, and best practices
Collaborate with writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented effectively
Establish and refine internal SEO frameworks, SOPs, and optimisation processes

Requirements:

3+ years experience in SEO /performance marketing within an agency
Strong expertise in SEO (technical, on-page, content strategy, ranking factors, search intent, and content optimisation strategies,and off-page fundamentals)
Strong hands-on experience with major CMS platforms to implement SEO changes directly (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, Shopify)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
Ability to prioritise high-impact actions across multiple campaigns
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio of past campaign results achieved is required.
