- Direct impact on lead volume in a high-intent, high-competition industry
- Own and optimize Google Business Profiles across target locations and markets
- Improve local pack rankings, map visibility, and branded search presence
- Manage citations, NAP consistency, and local authority signals at scale
- Build and optimize location-based landing pages for both rankings and conversions
- Develop market-specific strategies for competitive local SERPs
- Develop and optimize local SEO content aligned with high-intent search behavior
- Improve on-page elements including titles, headers, schema, and internal linking
- Support blog and supporting content strategies focused on local topics and service areas
- Ensure content relevance and authority across all target locations
- Identify and resolve technical issues impacting crawlability and indexation
- Improve site performance, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals
- Implement structured data and local schema markup across location pages
- Audit and maintain a clean, well-structured site architecture
- Track rankings, organic traffic, calls, form submissions, and local conversions
- Monitor Google Business Profile insights and local search trends across markets
- Build clear performance reports that connect SEO activity to lead outcomes
- Continuously test and refine strategies based on data, not assumptions
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong focus on local and multi-location search
- Proven track record managing Google Business Profiles across multiple locations
- Experience competing in high-intent local industries such as real estate, legal, home services, or healthcare
- Solid technical SEO foundation and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
- Experience building and optimizing local landing pages for both rankings and conversions
- Data-driven mindset with comfort translating performance data into clear recommendations
- Availability to work during EST business hours
- Experience with Canadian local SEO markets
- Familiarity with call tracking and lead attribution tools
- Background in CRO or landing page testing
- Experience working directly with or inside a real estate business
- Exposure to AI-assisted SEO workflows or content tools
- A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) walking through a specific local SEO win you drove, what markets or industries were involved, and how you measured the outcome
