SEO Specialist (Content + On-Page & Off-Page SEO)**Rate:** Starting at $10 USD/hour depending on experience
**Type:** Part-Time (with potential to grow)### Responsibilities:

Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
Write high-quality, SEO-optimised blog content and website copy
Optimise on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking)
Execute off-page SEO strategies (link building, outreach, citations)
Conduct technical SEO audits and suggest improvements
Track rankings, traffic, and SEO performance
Assist in SEO strategy and content planning for a new website build (Inner West Vision - security services)

### Requirements:

Minimum **5+ years proven experience in SEO** (on-page + off-page)
Strong English writing skills (this is essential)
Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
Basic understanding of WordPress
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

### Bonus:

Experience with local SEO (especially service-based businesses)
Understanding of Google Business Profile optimisation

---## 2. Web Developer (Design & Development)**Rate:** Starting at $10 USD/hour
**Type:** Part-Time (with potential to grow)### Responsibilities:

Maintain and improve our existing website: ** **
Design and develop a brand-new website: **Inner West Vision (security services)**
Build a **20-30 page website** including service pages, location pages, and core pages
Design modern, responsive, high-converting layouts
Build and maintain WordPress websites
Implement UI/UX best practices
Optimise websites for speed and performance
Troubleshoot bugs and technical issues
Collaborate with the SEO specialist to ensure best SEO practices are implemented

### Requirements:

Minimum **5+ years experience in web design and development**
Strong experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, customisation)
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (PHP is a plus)
Strong eye for design and conversion-focused layouts
Experience building multi-page service-based websites
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

### Bonus:

Experience building websites for trades or security companies
Experience with website speed optimisation
Basic SEO knowledge
