- Build, nurture and grow your strategic talent pools
- Deliver market insights and analysis to your key stakeholders.
- Proven years of experience working in Talent Pooling, End-to-End recruitment, gained from either an RPO, internal, or executive search firm in an international market
- Expert level skills in active candidate sourcing, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and approaches
- Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong technology / financial / risk / investment banking recruitment experience preferably within the US/EMEA regions
