As a Talent Sourcing Specialist within our Regional HR team, you will be pivotal in identifying and engaging top talent for our commercial positions across the ASEAN region. Based in the Philippines and reporting to our Singapore headquarters, you will leverage social media platforms, job boards, and other digital channels to source candidates who align with our company's values and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and job boards to identify and engage potential candidates for various commercial roles within the ASEAN region. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Candidate Engagement: Engage with potential hires to build relationships and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future openings. Drive high external engagement metrics by promoting our company's growth, culture, and career opportunities. Market Insight and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand talent trends and competitive intelligence within the pharmaceutical industry and commercial positions. Provide insights on cultural dynamics within the ASEAN region to tailor sourcing strategies accordingly. Employer Branding: Collaborate with the corporate communication team to enhance our employee value proposition and employer branding efforts. Participate in initiatives to promote the company&aposs brand and attractiveness as an employer of choice in the region. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the site HR teams and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles. Report on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market trends to the headquarters in Singapore. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in talent sourcing, preferably within a pharmaceutical company or recruitment agency, specializing in consumer healthcare. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and experience sourcing for commercial positions. Good understanding of cultural dynamics within the ASEAN region and the ability to tailor engagement strategies accordingly. Highly resourceful with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in multiple languages spoken in the ASEAN region is a plus. Demonstrated ability to influence and engage with potential candidates effectively. Experience in employee value proposition and employer branding to effectively communicate the company's growth and career prospects.
