- Proven years of experience in recruitment research, mapping, lead generation, talent pooling, and end-to-end recruitment, gained from either an RPO, internal, or executive search firm in the US market.
- Expert-level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and approaches.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A strong background in energy/industrial/engineering and construction recruitment experience, preferably within the US market.
