As our Sales Director / Client Services Lead, your key mandate is to drive sales through a close partnership and co-creation with key clients and to ensure that what is sold is delivered with high quality and on time on budget. Core to this is the ability of the CSL to engage the clients C-suite to help them solve biz problems, ideate their digitalization roadmap and help clients seize biz opportunities using technology. All these requires the CSL to have strong consulting abilities. The role of Client Service Lead (CSL) acts as a leading role in designated key client accounts to build trusted business relationship. As a consultant to the client, this role requires the individual to have expertise and unique knowledge in the client's business and operating industry, in order to create differentiated and tailored value prepositions for the key client accounts. This will be in Digital Organisation Design, Digital Strategic and Master Planning, Business Case Development, etc. His/her work will require close client engagement and interaction and he/she will need to have the right mix of strong domain and industrial knowledge, so that he understands the complex business needs of key clients and is able to analyse their needs. Through this, the CSL performs his role as a consultant to help the key client achieve its business growth while concurrently acting as a business operator for NCS to grow the client account in a profitable manner. This role is integral to sustaining and growing NCS' core business. He/She will lead a client account team which comprises of a Delivery Lead and a Sales Lead. For this, the CSL will be supported by a consulting team and other key staff who are experts in their respective digital, products and platforms fields. Build deep and trusted business relationships with the client to seed and grow future opportunities, while managing your Business Centre's sales, sold margin and revenue achievements. Responsible for developing and operationalising strategic account(s) growth plans in order to achieve breakthrough for Telco+ and CMT in growth markets (Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines for a start) and/or seed future opportunities Sustain profitable client account(s) after achieving breakthroughs Act as a consultant to clients and be Responsible for achieving high client satisfaction score through a deep understanding of business needs via close client engagement and interaction Responsible for developing and maintaining deep key client relationships Responsible for developing a point of view or thought leadership once a year to strengthen NCS brand position in the market place. Responsible for ideation with client to lead to opportunity originations Experience / Desired Skills: 15 years or more in IT or ICT Consulting industry with rich experience focusing on the Telecommunication and Technology industry Consulting Practitioner experience preferred Key account domain knowledge in Telecommunications is essential Ability to architect value, and apply social styles technique to manage stakeholders Good sales acumen & communication skills University Graduate; Technical/Engineering Degree a plus If you would like to be part of the winning team that does great work, apply today!
