- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve area-specific sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the area
- Monitor market trends, competition, and unique client behaviour specific to the area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the sales team
- Prepare and present sales reports, area performance to senior management
- Guide the sales team in generating new business to increase deposit volume
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative culture
- Develop excellent relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions
- Ensure daily sales activities are executed properly and monitored accordingly
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least five years' experience in the banking industry, experience in Wealth management and corporate banking is a plus
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar sales leadership role
- Ability to develop effective sales strategies and action plans
- Excellent relationship-building skills with clients
- Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
