- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets, including identifying new business opportunities and analyzing market trends
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing support, guidance, and training to the sales team
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and monitor sales performance
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring daily activities are executed properly and targets are met
- Coach, mentor, and train sales team members, while also being responsible for hiring and training new personnel
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the banking industry, ideally in Branch Banking, with a strong track record as a Branch Manager or in a comparable sales leadership role
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and successfully managing sales teams
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques and best practices, and the ability to adapt them to different markets and customer segments
- Excellent communicator and collaborates well with managers/ supervisors to effect change
