Provide accurate and timely financial and performance reporting, pricing negotiation for products and services needed by the Division. Responsibilities Manages sales channels or areas the ensure their contributions in the production of the products offered under the Unsecured Lending and Cards Group Builds stronger relationship with channel partners and service providers. Ensures employee growth and development of all SDCM Officers and Staff with the strict implementation of the required annual trainings, mandatory leaves, HR related requirements and cross-posting when applicable. Provides MIS, financials and budget management. Ensures accreditation of partner vendors is within the bounds of bank policies and regulatory compliance. Ensures the Division is on track to meet month end goals and share innovative lead generating ideas. Passes information/complaints between handled channels and in-charge units in resolving customers' concerns. Provides system and process improvement to facilitate seamless processes and faster TAT. Grows overall target of the Division in Credit, SIP Loans and Personal Loans YOY through adherence to acceptable Audit, Compliance and Bank Policies and Procedures. Seeks out new channels to cater new and unmanaged customers and identify its opportunities for driving revenue and in determining business growth potential. Manages budget - Ensures that the following expenses, Advertising and Publicity, OPEX, CAPEX, Selling Expense, IDBs, are kept within approved budget or with an income generating initiative Provides MIS - Define, design and develop reports that provide Sales Officers and Associates insights on how to boost their productivity. Updates and creates strategies for the sale or activation of BPI Credit Cards, Personal Loans (Retail), SIP Loans Qualifications Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably related to Business Management, Banking & Finance, Marketing, and Economics At least 3 to 5 years of Sales and Marketing Knowledge in processing of application, accreditation, complaints management, and TAT improvement resulting to higher productivity of the sales Show more Show less
