- Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness and follower growth.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (images, videos, reels, infographics, blog snippets, etc.) tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and schedule posts across all social media platforms using scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a strong online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that align with product launches and promotions.
- Develop social media ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Research competitor social media strategies and provide insights to stay ahead in the market.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio of previous social media content (graphics, videos, reels).
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of paid social advertising and analytics (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and ability to analyze data to improve performance.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics, especially for lifestyle and home/furniture content.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing is a plus.
