What you&aposll do: Plan, research, and curate content ideas for our social media platforms ( LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram ) aligned with our podcasting and production studio. Create and post original content across multiple formats ( graphics, reels, carousels, polls, etc. ). Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) and turn insights into actionable ideas. Conceptualize, present, and manage creative campaigns ( organic + paid ). Build and nurture our online community through active audience engagement ( comments, tags, mentions, DMs, etc. ). What we&aposre looking for: Willingness to work onsite, full-time in Mandaue (no WFH option). Strong visual storytelling skills, creativity, and strategic thinking. Solid grasp of social media trends and growth strategies (experience with real metrics is a big plus). Fluency in English (written + spoken) and strong visual communication ability. Experience managing brand or personal social accounts with measurable results. Basic skills in design and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, etc.). A growth mindset -curious, proactive, and eager to take creative ownership. Open to fresh graduates with strong portfolios or personal projects. Bonus skills: Content writing/marketing, copywriting, SEO/SMO , branding, email marketing. Market research, insights, or familiarity with ChatGPT / GenAI tools . Workflow/organization skills using Notion, Adobe Suite, MS/Google Suite . Leadership, detail orientation, or other skills that prove you're both creative + organized .
