Responsibilities Provide day-to-day operational assistance to Operations Lead, Acquisition Lead and Dispositions lead by submitting data entry, and updating various systems. Provide day-to-day operational assistance to Acquisitions Lead and Dispositions lead by assisting with transactions as needed. Submitting data entry to various systems. Assist with preparing supporting documents to send and initiate earnest money and final purchase wires. Assisting with gathering reports and completing checklists. Maintain and update data within the company's systems. Ensure all information is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date. Generate and maintain periodic reports related to acquisitions, dispositions, and other relevant operational activities. Assist with storing transactional, construction, and utility documents in company storage systems. Assist in process of vendor onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and maintained Assist in the setup and management of utility accounts across properties, ensuring services are activated, maintained efficiently, and closed once properties are sold Assist in coordinating with local municipalities to ensure we are fulfilling our obligations necessary to sign up for utilities and to complete registrations. Communicate with internal team members across different roles Qualifications and Requirements Clear and coherent in both verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel) Strong multitasking abilities, with proven record of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all reporting
