The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, credit repair processes, and real estate operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative SupportManage daily administrative tasks and correspondence
Organize and maintain client files and documentation
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Handle email management and client communications
Prepare reports and presentations as neededCredit Repair OperationsProcess credit repair documentation and disputes
Communicate with credit bureaus and creditors
Track client progress and maintain detailed records
Assist with credit analysis and reporting
Support compliance with credit repair regulationsReal Estate SupportAssist with property research and market analysis
Support lead generation and client acquisition
Manage real estate documentation and contracts
Coordinate with clients, agents, and vendors
Maintain property databases and CRM systemsRequired QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years experience in administrative roles
Credit repair experience - knowledge of dispute processes, credit bureau communications, and FCRA compliance
Real estate background - familiarity with real estate transactions, documentation, and industry terminology
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM systems and database management like Basecamp/trello/asana/pipedrive/freshsales etc along with Disputefox/clientdisputemanager
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesPreferred QualificationsBPO experience - Previous work in Business Process Outsourcing environment
Experience with real estate investment or wholesaling
Familiarity with US real estate markets and regulations
Knowledge of lead generation tools and techniques
Experience with project management software
Previous work with US-based clientsTechnical RequirementsReliable high-speed internet connection
