JOB SUMMARY:We are looking for a Bookkeeper who is able to record and maintain the assigned client’s day to day financial activities. Your job duties include purchases, payments, receipts, and sales. You will collaborate with the accounting team to analyze the financial transactions and prepare a financial report with that information. You will be responsible for posting financial activities to the accounting journals or our accounting database.If your skills and experience match our criteria for this bookkeeper position, then please do apply.JOB DESCRIPTION:- End-to-end bookkeeping for related activities including:- Accounts payable- Accounts receivable- BAS preparation- Payroll- Collating, Organizing, Uploading, and Maintaining records(Income and Expenses, Depreciations, Preparing Profit and -- Loss, Invoices, Tax Records, Financial Reports, BAS, Posting Transactions) to ensure compliance of legal requirements.- Creating daily/weekly/monthly reports as necessitated- They will be processing end-to-end transaction allocation and accounts management- Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.- Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.- Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.- Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.- Maintains historical records by filing documents.- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.HIGHLIGHTS:- Day shift; stress-free work environment- 5-day work week with a collaborative and supportive team environmentQUALIFICATIONS:- 1+ years of experience in Australian Bookkeeping- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree on Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets Experience- Exposure QuickBooks- Fantastic written and verbal EnglishBENEFITS:- Healthy, conducive work environment(Great Place to WorkTM – Certified two years in a row!)- Competitive salary- 21 leave credits + all client-based holidays- 100% paid on non-special working holidays rather than 30%- De Minimis/ Allowances(upon regularization)- HMO coverage + dependent- Work-from-home Allowance(if applicable, upon regularization)- Lots of opportunities to enhance your skills, acquire new experiences, work among experts, and grow your career.- Exposure to world-class, high-level management from local and international direct supervisors.
