Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage and maintain day-to-day bookkeeping operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong QuickBooks Online experience (and Netsuite exposure), who can ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial processes while supporting management with timely reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing using QuickBooks Online (and occasionally Netsuite).Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards.Support cash flow management, monitor outstanding receivables/payables, and promptly flag potential issues to management.Collaborate with external CPAs and internal teams to provide documentation for tax filings, audits, and compliance reporting.Continuously improve bookkeeping processes, recommend system enhancements, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of QuickBooks functionalities and US GAAP principles.RequirementsQualifications / RequirementsProven experience in bookkeeping with QuickBooks Online (Netsuite experience is a plus).Strong understanding of US GAAP and compliance requirements.Hands-on experience with payroll, bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and financial reporting.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external CPAs.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.BenefitsWhy Join Us?
