JOB OVERVIEWWe are seeking an experienced Marketplace Operations & Optimization Specialist to manage a portfolio of seller accounts across Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.This role combines marketplace operations, listing optimization, and direct client communication, supporting onboarding and ongoing management of multiple accounts.This is NOT a logistics, fulfillment, or basic product upload role.You will be responsible for ensuring all accounts are properly structured, compliant, and optimized for performance and conversion while communicating directly with clients on a regular basis.Key Responsibilities:
-Manage multiple Amazon & Walmart seller accounts (portfolio-based)
-Communicate directly with clients regarding account status, issues, and updates
-Create, upload, and maintain product listings
-Optimize product listings for improved conversion and organic performance (titles, bullets, keywords, and structure)
-Build/manage catalog structure (parent-child variations, ASINs, Walmart items)
-Troubleshoot listing issues (suppressed listings, errors, missing attributes)
-Maintain account health and compliance
-Support onboarding of new products/accounts
-Clearly explain technical marketplace issues and resolutions to clientsREQUIRED Experience:
-2+ years Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Seller Center experience
-Experience managing multiple accounts or brands preferred
-Hands-on experience with:
--listing creation and optimization
--catalog structure management
--variations (parent/child)
--flat file or bulk uploads
--listing troubleshooting (suppressed listings, errors, missing attributes)
-Experience communicating directly with clients or stakeholders (REQUIRED)Key Skills (REQUIRED):
-Strong attention to detail (accuracy is critical)
-Strong written and verbal English communication skills (REQUIRED)
-Ability to clearly explain technical marketplace issues in simple terms
-Strong customer service mindset and professionalism
-Strong problem-solving and execution ability
