As a Talent Sourcer & Operations Specialist, you will be the engine of our "Recruitment Factory." You will be responsible for identifying high-quality Israeli talent, initiating contact, and performing a rigorous "Semi-Human / Semi-Automatic" screening process using advanced AI tools. Your goal is to deliver "ready-to-interview" leads to our Israeli recruiting team.Key Responsibilities (The Workflow)
Advanced Sourcing: Execute complex Boolean searches and X-ray searches on LinkedIn Recruiter and our internal database of 270k resumes.Data Intelligence: Build and manage LinkedIn Projects. Use tools like Improver to extract personal contact details (emails/phone numbers).Multi-Channel Outreach:Send initial contact emails to potential candidates.Manage LinkedIn follow-ups (The 24/48-hour rule) to ensure maximum engagement.Execute massive WhatsApp outreach using predefined Hebrew templates.AI-Powered Screening (The "Semi-Human" Process):Analyze candidate CVs against job requirements.Use Gemini/ChatGPT to generate specific, professional screening questions in Hebrew to verify candidate suitability.Manage candidate responses through translation tools (DeepL/ChatGPT) to categorize them as "Hot Leads" or "Not Relevant."Lead Handoff: Ensure the CRM (ATS) is updated in real-time. Prepare a "Candidate Snapshot" for the Israeli recruiter, highlighting why the candidate is a match and their answers to the AI-generated screening questions.Technical Requirements
LinkedIn Expertise: 2+ years of experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (Building projects, InMail, Sourcing).CRM/ATS Management: Proven experience working with recruitment systems (Data entry and pipeline management).AI Proficiency: Experience using ChatGPT/Gemini for data analysis or content generation.Tools: Mastery of Google Workspace, DeepL/Translation tools, and browser extensions (like Improver, Apollo, etc.).Qualifications & Skills
Exceptional English: Native or near-native written English (C1/C2 level) is mandatory.Attention to Detail: Extreme precision is required when managing Hebrew templates and translations.Analytical Mindset: Ability to read between the lines of a CV and identify key professional milestones.Multi-tasking: Ability to manage dozens of conversations and sourcing tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.Proactive Follow-up: A "hunter" mentality to follow up with candidates until a response is received.
