We're looking for a Research Analyst who can actively identify, track, and evaluate RFP opportunities while providing support in preparing client-facing documents. This role requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to structure and organize information clearly for proposal submissions.Key Responsibilities
Draft, format, and compile RFP question response and submission documents.
Monitor RFP databases, procurement portals, and government websites for relevant opportunities.
Evaluate RFPs for eligibility, requirements, and deadlines.
Maintain and update an RFP pipeline/tracker.
Utilize research into historical spending and industry standard pricing to draft proposal budgets.
Gather required company information, credentials, and case studies for submissions.
Ensure documents meet compliance, formatting, and client requirements.
Conduct background research on target industries, agencies, or clients issuing RFPs.
Summarize key trends and competitor intelligence to support proposal positioning.
Work with sales, operations, and subject matter experts to collect inputs for proposals.
Coordinate timelines to ensure on-time submission of RFP responses.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Research, Education or related field.
1-3 years of experience in research, business development, or proposal/RFP support.
Strong analytical and writing skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
Experience with RFP/procurement portals (e.g., BidPrime, , etc.) is a strong plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Comfortability to work asynchronously with a remote team globally
Strong organizational and documentation skills.Preferred Skills
