
Corporate Solutions Senior RFP Analyst

- Collaborate and coordinate activities across functional teams (marketing, sales, product, InfoSec, and other internal stakeholders) to ensure accuracy, confirm answers, and maintain a master database of knowledge responses with responses to customer ‘Requests for Reponses” (RFPs)
- Manage the completion and delivery of questionnaires assigned in a timely and organized manner
- Understand the products we offer and can make suggestions based on issues or trends they identified on the customer side
- Analyze RFPs, review documents to understand customer requirements, pricing criteria, and compliance needs
- Prepare Proposals, draft detailed, accurate pricing sections for proposals, ensuring clarity and compliance
- Solid understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline and a basic knowledge of other disciplines
- Basic understanding of how own area integrates with broader Business/Expert function
- Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
- Communicates with tact and diplomacy in a concise and logical way, sensitive to various audiences
- ·Has university degree and/or specialized external certification as equivalent
- Proven experience in completing SaaS RFPs and Questionnaires
- Prior experience with RFP response software tools is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in common efficiency and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Sharepoint)
- Performs well with general instructions on routine work; requires detailed instructions on new assignments
- Quality of work frequently impacts other, closely related work teams (those with interdependent deliverables)
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects
- Ability to conduct research, analyze information and draw conclusions
- The ability to work independently and function as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to and complete projects in adjacent areas
