Performs Transactional Procurement Activities which includes but not limited to the following:

Maintaining price information in the system
Maintaining IPS/SPO Procurement systems
Reporting and analysis of data

Resolving exceptions and handling inquiries from Category and Procurement stakeholders
Follows a variety of clearly defined procedures under general guidance within Procurement areas
Ensures compliance to Global Procurement process and policies and SOX controls

Main KPI/KRAs

Achieve volume and quality target set for procurement transactional activities
Achieve SLA related to PIR/IPS/SPO processing (within 2 days SLA)
Ensure processing contributes to timely updates in the system
Achieve 100% accuracy as errors implies financial impact

Requirements

Bachelor's degree graduate of any business course
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within sourcing area or procurement transactional activities
Fluent in English and Excellent Communication skills
Highly client service and quality oriented mindset
Proficient in research, analytical and problem solving skills;
Continuous Improvement mindset;
Team oriented person who can focus on the details;
Knowledge of sourcing principles;
Working knowledge of MS Office tools;
Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload;
