We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Recruitment Sourcing Analyst to serve as a vital link between our hiring managers and external staffing vendors. By ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and timely delivery of candidates, the Recruitment Sourcing Analyst will directly contribute to building a strong and effective workforce. Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or staffing vendor management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across different teams and vendors. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): such as Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or SAP SuccessFactors. Experience with Data Reporting & Analytics Tools: such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel (Advanced), or Google Data Studio. Detail-oriented, process-driven, and committed to providing an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience. Responsibilities Vendor & Hiring Coordination Act as the main liaison between hiring managers and staffing vendors to ensure alignment on hiring needs, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies. Organize and facilitate calibration sessions to define role requirements and success criteria. Distribute and track open requisition lists, ensuring vendors have the latest updates on hiring priorities. Monitor vendor submissions and endorsements, escalating delays or bottlenecks when necessary. Onboarding & Documentation Manage contractor onboarding by sending first-day instructions, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring readiness of resources. Maintain and update SharePoint for easy access to job descriptions, CVs, and related documents. Input new contractor profiles into MFTC with precision to ensure data accuracy. Regularly update the Requirements Tracker to reflect current hiring status, pending approvals, and fulfilled roles. Technical Recruitment Support Partner with vendors to source and assess candidates for technical and functional positions. Conduct structured evaluations to verify vendor-supplied candidates meet both skill and cultural fit requirements. Provide actionable feedback to vendors to improve candidate quality and alignment with expectations. Assist hiring managers in refining job specifications and clarifying resource requirements. Data Management & Reporting Maintain comprehensive recruitment records, including vendor activity logs, candidate pipelines, and fulfillment history. Generate data-driven reports on vendor performance, candidate conversion rates, and hiring turnaround times. Identify recruitment trends and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
