The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure the timely hiring of qualified candidates. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, sources talent through various channels, and delivers a positive candidate experience aligned with the organization’s values and employer brand.Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Candidate Generation
Develop and implement sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Maintain an active talent pipeline for volume and niche roles.
Recruitment & Selection
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, administering assessments, and job offers.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
Conduct initial HR interviews and recommend qualified candidates.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
Ensure smooth and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and other recruitment activities.
Process & Reporting
Update and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate).
Support continuous process improvement in the recruitment function.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2–4 years of recruitment experience (preferably in BPO, EOR, or shared services).
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and other platforms.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
