- Sourcing applicants and finding the best candidates
- Screening resumes and candidates - through e-mail, phone call and web (100% English)
- Facilitating quality interviews
- Negotiating salary and hiring requirements with stakeholders
- Attending job fairs and hiring events
- Generating reports for the Recruitment leadership and company stakeholders as needed
- Tracking staffing information and properly maintaining employee database
- Communicating effectively with candidates
- Managing background and reference checks
- Conduct and facilitate onboarding activities
- At least internship experience or at least 6 months work experience in Talent Acquistion
- Onboarding experience is an advantage
- Proficient in using MS Tools
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Willing to work onsite in MAKATI and MANDALUYONG
