- Lead the cleanup of financial documents and legacy accounting issues.
- Investigate discrepancies, reconcile errors, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in all financial records.
- Take full ownership of finance workflows, controls, and documentation.
- Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes.
- Standardize procedures for consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Serve as the finance liaison for internal teams, working closely with operations, procurement, and other departments.
- Translate financial data into actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Build strong relationships to ensure alignment and transparency across functions.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, including systems upgrades, automation, business ventures, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide financial analysis and support for new projects or operational changes.
- Contribute to enterprise-level planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Support day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring timely reporting and compliance.
- Assist in audit preparations, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
- · Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
- · Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
- · Strong understanding of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls
- · Demonstrated ability to lead clean-up initiatives and resolve legacy accounting issues
- · Proven experience in process improvement, documentation, and workflow standardization
- · Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills across departments
