- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles, preferably within the property management or real estate sector.
- Proven expertise in Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Employer Branding.
- Experience managing HR operations across multiple locations or nationwide.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and talent management strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Employee Relations: Lead and manage ER initiatives, including handling complex employee concerns, conducting investigations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment across all locations.
- Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality candidates to support nationwide manpower requirements and business expansion.
- Employer Branding: Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's market presence and attract top talent across regions.
- Establish and implement HR policies, systems, and frameworks aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
- Oversee other HR facets including performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee engagement programs.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure consistent and effective HR service delivery nationwide.
