The role is accountable for driving organizational effectiveness, reinforcing a high-performance culture, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring the effective management of employee and labor relations.QualificationsBachelor's degree holder preferably in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Studies, Human Resources Management, or any related courseMinimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with substantial exposure in HR business partnering or generalist rolesStrong experience in organization development, talent management, employee relations, and stakeholder managementExperience in FMCG, manufacturing, or similarly complex business environments is preferredStrong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
