Our client is a premium residential and commercial electrical services with unmatched professionalism and care. They are currently seeking a confident, courteous, and results-driven Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers—someone who’s passionate about helping people, providing high-end service, and guiding clients through our offerings from first call to scheduled appointment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first impression for all incoming customer interactions
  • Answer inbound calls from potential and existing customers
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and leads
  • Clearly explain our premium electrical services and capabilities
  • Convert quality inquiries into scheduled service appointments
  • Accurately document customer interactions, lead status, and call outcomes
  • Filter and identify high-quality leads from cold or non-converting ones
  • Assist with customer satisfaction follow-ups and post-service communication as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident phone presence with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or dispatch role
  • Experience in the electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or home service industries is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking software
  • Knowledge of ServiceTitan is a strong plus and highly encouraged
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize well, and stay organized under pressure
This is a 100% Remote JobUS time zone$5/hr
