You’ll manage rostering, coordinate schedules, and respond to real-time changes in a fast-paced environment.This is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume coordination, problem-solving, and structured operations .How You’ll Make an ImpactManage and maintain forward rosters (typically 2 weeks in advance) while handling daily adjustmentsCoordinate staff allocation across multiple clients and programsHandle real-time changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage issuesEnsure all rostering updates, incidents, and changes are accurately documented in the systemCommunicate roster updates clearly with support workers, clients, and internal teamsMonitor workforce capacity, identify gaps, and support recruitment alignmentMaintain accurate data across systems including client details, staff availability, and scheduling recordsSupport onboarding coordination for new clients and staffEnsure compliance with operational policies, service requirements, and documentation standardsAssist with after-hours rostering coordination (future rotational requirement) if implementedWhat We’re Looking For – You’re the Perfect Fit if You:Have 3–5+ years of experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordinationHave managed high-volume rosters (multiple staff and clients simultaneously)Have hands-on experience with rostering or workforce management systems (Visual Care is a plus, not required)Are highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracyCan confidently handle last-minute changes and high-pressure situationsHave excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Are comfortable coordinating via phone, email, and messaging platformsAre proactive, solutions-focused, and able to think on your feetAre open to potential future rotational after-hours workWhat Sets You Apart – You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:Experience in NDIS, disability services, aged care, or healthcare environmentsExposure to Visual Care or similar rostering platformsExperience handling complex or high-volume rostering environmentsStrong stakeholder management skills across clients, staff, and internal teamsA mindset focused on continuous improvement and efficiencyWork Schedule & Employment TermsFull-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHTRemote work setupMust be willing to report onsite in BGC, Taguig once per monthPhilippine-based employment onlyWhat’s Included:HMO with 1 free dependentLife InsurancePaid Leave CreditsGovernment-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)Work-from-home equipment providedHow to ApplyTo apply, please submit the following:Updated CVVideo recording (to assess communication skills)Any relevant supporting documents or experience summariesShortlisted candidates may be required to complete a practical assessment (e.g. rostering scenario or system-based task).
