- Roster Management: Maintain core rosters with regular set shifts for support workers, reporting directly to the Head of Service Delivery.
- Shift Coverage: Manage and fill shifts when support workers lodge leave requests or are unavailable.
- Timesheet Accuracy: Review and confirm timesheets before payroll processing every fortnight.
- Participant Preferences: Keep support worker preferences up to date in the CRM system.
- Support Worker Availability: Ensure support workers regularly update their availability in the CRM system.
- Support Worker access to ShiftCare (CRM): Confirm new support workers can access the ShiftCare app and view their assigned shifts.
- Core Roster Development: Collaborate with intake team/Service Coordinators to build core rosters for new participants.
- Communication: Email shift changes and update ShiftCare and Master Roster accordingly.
- Preferred experience in Shiftcare.
- Coordinating service booking with customers and support staff.
- Acting as a central point of contact for support staff.
- Developing and managing rosters.
- Acting as OHS rep and Fire Warden.
- Maintaining files and record management system in line with quality standards.
- Ensuring Fortnightly Master Roster reflects actual ongoing rosters.
- Generating monthly rosters using rostering software.
- Responding to roster inquiries from relevant staff.
- Answering inbound inquiries from customers and assist with inquiries.
- Contact customers to ensure service requirements are met.
- Updating rosters based on business needs.
- Contacting customers to advise of rostering changes.
- Contacting relevant staff to advise of roster changes.
- Assisting with general administrative duties to support staff.
- Processing billing runs through the NDIS system.
- Assisting with the management of timesheets for relevant staff.
- Liaising with NDIA staff.
- Assisting with accounts payable / accounts receivable for customer activities.
- Assessing and managing risk in line with quality standards.
- Escalating issues to relevant Team Leaders and Managers.
- Assisting in project work to improve team processes.
- Experience in rostering, workforce planning, or scheduling within the disability or healthcare sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage last-minute roster changes efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail for accurate timesheet and payroll processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of the NDIS and disability service sector.
