- Media Platform/Channel Specialist
- Recommend the best channel mix to address business, marketing, and communication challenges based on understanding of media channels (ATL, Digital, influencer, etc) - its principles, strengths, roles, and KPIs.
- Recommend forward actions for assigned brands depending on past results and benchmarks with the goal of continuously improving media results. Understanding of media data – TARPS, Reach, Impressions, Ad Recall, VTR, SOI, SOV, among others.
- Recommend the right communication, context, or trend within identified platforms based on knowledge of what is current and relevant in the platform.
- Negotiate the best media cost that will drive efficiency and results.
- Consumer Insight and Communication Strategy Specialist
- Initiate new and innovative strategic communication campaigns and/or executions that will further elevate the brand in achieving its business or marketing objective. Recommendations must be based on current consumer trends on Marketing, Advertising, Media, Entertainment, and Content.
- Project Manager
- Excellently handle multiple Media and Communication requirements across a portfolio of brands.
- Support end-to-end project management for Media Maximization campaigns from brief development, agency proposals, cost and timeline management, and measuring results.
- Internal and external stakeholder management for all projects handled (Brand teams, creative/media/PR/influencer marketing agency, Finance teams, endorsers, production, ecommerce, etc) to ensure all parties are aligned with project development.
- Strong interest in content or communication strategy development. Well-versed and updated with current trends in digital platforms and content.
- Consumer Insighting - Holistic understanding of consumers’ attitudes, behaviors, and media habits.
- Operational Decision Making – Securing relevant information and identifying key issues; committing to an action after developing alternative courses of action that take into consideration resources, constraints, and organizational values.
- Persuasiveness - Persuading or influencing others to accept a point of view, adopt a specific agenda, or take a course of action; shows initiative in
