- Media Campaign Management: A digital marketing expert within the RRP team. Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across programmatic and emerging channels to drive measurable business outcomes. Oversee media plans, audience targeting, creative delivery, and performance analytics, while ensuring campaigns are aligned with overal brand objectives and delivered efficiently, on time, and on-brand.
- Marketing Campaign Management: Oversee strategy and creative development, execution, and implementation of marketing communications programs, supporting brand campaigns, product launches, and portfolio and market expansion. Initiate new and innovative strategic communication initiatives that further elevate RRP brands and strengthen consumer engagement. Experience in working at the heart of a brand and being able to proactively influence senior level brand thinking. Link to wider marketing objectives both online and offline.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various internal functions, including but not limited to Brand, Consumer Experience, Digital Operations, Legal, and Data & Foresight for the conceptualization, production, and implementation of online and offline communication materials. Manage external agency partners to bring to life communications and creative strategies with a consumer-first mindset. The position will also ensure all communication materials comply with legal and internal guidelines.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets, closely track expenditures and pacing, provide forecasts, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and internal controls. Provide regular reporting on budget utilization and campaign performance to key stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-8 years of proven experience in marketing management, digital marketing, brand management, or related roles within FMCG, advertising, or other fast-paced industries.
- Language Skills:
- English: Advanced written and oral communication.
- Filipino: Written and oral proficiency is an advantage
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office applications and working knowledge of Google Analytic
- Nice-to-Have: Experience in people management, e-commerce campaigns, and cross-market collaboration is a plus
- Paid Media Expertise: Hands-on experience in programmatic media and paid digital campaigns
- Marketing Campaign Leadership: Proven ability to lead strategy, creative development, and execution of marketing communications programs across multiple brands.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external agency partners
- Project & Budget Management: Skilled in managing complex projects, timelines, and marketing budgets effectively.
- Strategic & Creative Thinking: Ability to translate brand positioning into compelling multi-channel campaigns.
