Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist based in Makati. The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for managing HR activities, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration. Day-to-day tasks include employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
