Taters Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Senior HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This pivotal role supports our "Attract, Retain, and Develop" pillars, ensuring the systematic execution of HR processes, policies, and programs that drive business objectives and foster an engaging workplace culture. Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, initial interviews, and onboarding support. Handle employee inquiries, support engagement initiatives, and assist in performance management. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government agencies (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG). Coordinate training and development programs, manage records, and support competency assessments. Prepare HR metrics, analytics reports, and support HR budget and workforce planning. Manage HR administrative processes, including payroll support and benefits coordination. Identify opportunities for HR process improvement and support HRIS management. Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certifications are a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a generalist or specialized HR function. Experience in multi-location operations, retail, or franchise environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR regulations. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral), and organizational skills. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to handling confidential information with discretion. Customer service-oriented with an employee advocacy mindset.
