- Maintain and update client platforms/tools, performing additional tasks as required
- Document and log activities accurately following standard procedures
- Execute tasks efficiently to meet client KPIs and SLA requirements
- Prioritize tasks to best fit client needs.
- Contribute to process improvements on the tasks.
