Job Summary The Recruitment & Sourcing Assistant will support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying qualified candidates, coordinating interview schedules, conducting talent market research, and assisting with recruitment marketing activities. The role requires a tech-savvy, organized individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity. Key Responsibilities Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and talent communities Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements and recruitment marketing content Perform talent market research and competitor hiring analysis Support recruitment reporting using tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI Assist with employer branding initiatives, including online campaigns Track sourcing and recruitment KPIs as needed Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR support, or sourcing (internships included) Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Must have access to and use a personal laptop for daily tasks Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and sourcing tools is a plus Work Requirements Must be willing to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa Own personal laptop required for all work activities This is position will be a Project Hire Show more Show less
