As a Product Officer, you'll be assisting the lead of Core Platforms - Identities, Accounts and User Profiles, by contributing to Maya's product platform strategy and execution of roadmaps Identities and Accounts Management. With your intermediate product management and ownership skills, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our platforms meet the needs of our customers, align with business goals, and ensure Maya's compliance with regulators. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and a hands-on AGILE approach towards the product development lifecycle (PDLC).NATURE OF WORKIn this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing Core Platforms for Identities, Access and Account ManagementThe Core Platform Manager for Identities, Access and Accounts ManagementOwn the core identity and account foundations that enable customers and internal teams to safely onboard, authenticate, and transact within Maya. This role ensures that every customer interaction-from registration to daily usage-happens in a way that is secure, compliant, reliable, and scalable, while also enabling internal teams to build and operate services efficiently.Rather than managing individual systems, the Platform Manager is accountable for the end-to-end customer and internal experience across identity, access, and account lifecycle capabilities.Documentation - Ensure Current capabilities and changes are properly documented via Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), Service Memos and other documentation needed to enable Maya channels and services.Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis within the Philippines FinTech Sector, staying attuned to industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities. Use this knowledge to determine key product strategies.User-Centered Design: Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring that products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our customers.Risk and Compliance: Collaborate closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure products adhere to relevant regulations and security standards set by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and other regulators..Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analytics and customer insights to drive product enhancements, optimize user experiences, and maximize revenue.Collaborative Cross-Functional Work: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development, marketing, and customer engagement.Financial Analysis: Monitor the financial performance of your product portfolio, tracking revenue, expenses, and profitability. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field.At least 2-5 years of experience in product management or a related role within the financial technology industry.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing consumer-based financial technology products.Proficiency of AGILE development methodologies.Preferably with an understanding of financial services operations, regulations, and industry-specific challenges.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
