Job Summary: The HR Business Partner Associate (Employee Relations) plays a key role in supporting employee engagement, handling employee relations cases, and partnering with managers to create a positive and compliant work environment. This role works closely with the HR Business Partner and other stakeholders to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures while addressing employee concerns and performance issues in a fair and timely manner. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to employee relations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism. Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Amenable to work on shifting / night shift schedule Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City Key Responsibilities: Support and guide employees and managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, attendance issues, and workplace conduct. Assist in the investigation and resolution of disciplinary and grievance cases. Monitor and track employee relations cases to ensure timely closure and proper documentation. Partner with HRBPs and line managers to manage performance concerns, improvement plans, and corrective actions. Conduct temperature checks, exit interviews, and assist with analyzing attrition data to recommend engagement strategies. Support HR compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations. Collaborate with HR teams to implement employee engagement and well-being programs. Maintain accurate records in HR systems and prepare reports as needed. Assist in the rollout of HR projects and programs related to culture, performance, and employee experience. Show more Show less
