  • Assist in handling employee concerns, complaints, and conflicts professionally.
  • Support investigations and help resolve workplace issues in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Help communicate HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct to employees.
  • Ensure staff understand their rights and responsibilities.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
  • Gather feedback to assess employee satisfaction and morale.
  • Maintain employee records related to engagement and relations activities.
  • Prepare reports or documentation for HR leadership or compliance.
  • Promote transparency and open dialogue between management and staff.
  • Support programs that foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
  • Ensure all employee relations practices align with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, employee relations, or employee engagement roles preferred.
  • Experience in organizing employee events or handling employee feedback is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written; able to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – approachable, empathetic, and a good listener.
  • Problem-solving ability – can handle conflict resolution and sensitive matters with professionalism.
  • Organizational skills – able to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Discretion and integrity – maintains confidentiality in handling employee issues.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR policies.
  • Understanding of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of HR systems and employee survey tools.
