What Will You Do As the Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for supporting the Philippines site for UnifyCX for the implementation and delivery of best practice and customer-focused HR systems, services, and solutions particularly on general administrative services and Employee relations. This role will also support the HR Management team in delivering an array of critical HR processes and business-related initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities as Employee Relations Specialist The Employee Relations Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing and maintaining positive labor relations within the organization. This position is responsible for addressing labor-related issues, negotiating with labor unions or representatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Labor Specialist also advises management on labor relations matters to promote a harmonious and productive work environment. Labor Law Compliance: Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Ensure the organization&aposs policies and practices align with labor laws, including wage and hour regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and workplace safety standards. Grievance Handling: Investigate and address employee grievances related to labor disputes, workplace conditions, and contract violations. Collaborate with Operations and legal teams to develop and implement resolutions. Provide guidance and advice to management and employees on labor-related matters. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on labor-related data, trends, and metrics. Use data to make recommendations for improving labor relations and reducing disputes. Analyze survey data and create action plans to address areas of improvement. File Management Maintain 201 records and reports on employee engagement metrics, regularly sharing insights and recommendations with HR and senior management. Who You Are: To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following: Required Qualifications: College Degree preferable in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Human Resources. At least 3-5 years general HR experience Have sufficient knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and its implementing guidelines. Proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel and Powerpoint Ability to work effectively as an individual or as part of a team. Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays. Willing to work onsite Preferred Qualifications: Employee relations Performance management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with all levels of employees and management. Proficient in MS Office tools and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar systems). Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to work onsite or hybrid setup, depending on company policy.
