Your key responsibilities: Initiate onboarding of new hires, including creation of employee records and collection and monitoring of pre-employment documents Maintain employee files in accordance with regulatory requirements Ensure adherence of Firm professionals to regulatory guidelines and requirements Prepare reports for internal use and statutory reporting Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR services Process employee separations and assists in preparation of clearance documents To qualify for the role, you must have: A bachelor's degree in Psychology, or any equivalent course- fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Good verbal and written English communication skills Proficiency in MS Office applications Sounds interesting Well, this is just the beginning.
