The HR Associate will assist in the day-to-day HR operations of the hotel, ensuring a positive working environment and smooth administration of human resource functions. This position supports the HR department in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for hotel positions. Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure all documentation is completed. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries. Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives and maintaining a positive work culture. Training and Development: Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions for hotel staff. Maintain records of employee training and development activities. Compliance and Administration: Ensure compliance with labor laws, hotel policies, and health and safety regulations. Maintain and update employee files and HR databases. Process employee leaves, attendance, and performance documentation. Compensation and Benefits: Provide support in managing employee inquiries. Performance Management: Assist in the performance review process, including scheduling evaluations and collecting feedback. Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with hotel policies and legal requirements. Ensure confidentiality of employee information and handle sensitive data appropriately. Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry, is an advantage. Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment. Proficient in MS Office.
