The HR Associate is responsible for managing various human resources function, including assistance to timekeeping, records, and general HR Tasks. This role will focus mainly in recruitment, employee relations and performance management which is crucial to ensure the company's HR practices align with its strategic goals. Responsibilities Coordinate and arrange interviews of applicants. Update and manage monitoring of Employee and applicant data Provides support in benefits enrollment and administration Facilitates new employee orientation and onboarding programs including 201 file preparation. Assist in the implementation of employee performance appraisal systems Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, or related field, or equivalent experience.
