What You'll Be Doing:
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
Coordinate with Back-end and Front-end BI Developers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to ensure seamless implementation of reporting solutions aligned with customer requirements
Collaborate with development teams to define technical requirements and specifications for reporting solutions.
Lead the design and architecture of technical solutions for Business Itelligence reporting.
Review and approve technical designs and ensure adherence to technical quality criteria.
Ensure delivered solutions meet technical quality criteria, including code quality, security, performance, and scalability.
Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best development practices.
Participation in project planning and estimation activities.
Communicate technical aspects of the solution to stakeholders and customers in a clear and concise manner.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the business intelligence domain.
Share expertise and mentor team members by conducting training sessions, leading workshops, and providing documentation to support their technical growth and skill development
Make essential technical and strategic changes to improvise present business intelligence systems.
Ideal ProfileWhat We're Looking For:
Extensive experience in leading and coordinating teams of Back-end and Front-end BI Developers
Strong knowledge of business intelligence concepts, methodologies, and tools
Skilled in using Looker for BI Development
Proficient in back-end development technologies, with hands-on experience in Google BigQuery, database management, and ETL process implementation
Experience in Tableau is a plus
Proficiency with data integration techniques and tools.
Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehousing principles
Knowledge of data security and privacy best practice
In-depth knowledge related to performance optimization techniques
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve technical issues and challenges
Proven ability to mentor and support team members through technical leadership
